Come along for some garden-inspired fun! Play garden games, listen to summer sounds from the Toots, handle mini beasts and create glorious garden windmills in this special freeeventSuitable for all ages.

10.30am - 12.30pm and 2 - 4pm 
Three weeks of exciting summer activities for children aged 2-16 exploring gorgeous gardens, lovely living rooms and high-rise buildings.  Print cityscape t-shirts, create creepy-crawly soaps, make marvellous masks and much more!
 
Hidden Treasures
Thursday 22 and Friday 23 August,
12pm, 1pm and 2pm
Go behind the scenes and tour the collection stores with a curator and young volunteer as part of this unique event organised with the Collections Trust.

Midcentury Modern goes east
A stone's throw from the Geffrye, the first ever Midcentury Modern Show in East London will take place at Haggerston School, designed by Erno Goldfinger, on Sunday 13 October.
