This month at Lates

Join author Matt Haig in ourOnly in England exhibition to hear a reading from his latest novel, The Humans. Told through the eyes of an alien, the novel captures the absurdity of human behaviour with the same warmth, humour and perceptiveness that photographers Tony Ray-Jones and Martin Parr show in the exhibition.
This month at Lates

To mark the end of London Science Festival, Dr Lyn Evans flies in from Geneva to talk on 15 years leading the international team constructing the Large Hadron Collider, the most complex scientific instrument ever built. Our own Dr Harry Cliff will discuss his work on the LHC detector team, and how he's recreating the LHC in our upcoming Colliderexhibition.
