Google adds London's train stations to Street View - Technology - News - London Evening Standard: "Google has added London’s train stations to its Street View service, letting commuters see exactly which platform they need to get to.

The search giant today unveiled the new 360 degree pictures of stations including Paddington, St Pancras, Victoria, Liverpool St, Fenchurch St and Charing Cross.

It said it hoped the new service would help both commuters and tourists find their way around, and is part of a major push that includes transit hubs such as stations and airports from around the world.

“We wanted to help tourists and Londoners save time when travelling this holiday season by adding Street View imagery to the city’s major train and coach stations,” said a spokeswoman for Google."
