Where Music Meets the Avant-Garde
Tonight and every Thursday, 8.30-10.30pm

Performers tonight include singer-songwriters Daniel Tredgold and Dennis Manfeld, rap/spoken word from Chris Froome and Dave Elvis - impersonator of the King himself. Also featuring our very own blue cocktail - for only £2! Email music@rowanarts.net or call 0207 700 2062 to perform.

Allowing, Winnicott Wednesdays and Artists of The Creativity Centre - opening

Isledon Mental Resource Centre, 76–80 Isledon Road, N7 7LB
Winnicott Wednesdays, a collective of artists/art therapists teams up with artists/members at The Creativity Centre, Isledon Road Mental Health Centre, to produce an exhibition exploring the relationship between service user and practitioner.

A walking tour of historic St Lukes

Wednesday 15 October, 7pm
Hanley Crouch Community Centre, The Laundry, Sparsholt Road,  N19 4EL. A true story following an unlikely group of musicians made up of paraplegics and homeless street children from their first recording to worldwide stardom. Followed by a discussion chaired by Cllr Jean-Roger Kaseki, a Human Rights campaigner originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo. Book here.

A show fusing art and poetry, focusing on the inhabitation of the feminine body.

Thurquoise Thursday featuring Holloway Arts Festival Film: Meet The Neighbours

Artist and filmaker Nicola Pomery presents her film responding to the movement, colour and sound of the Holloway Arts Festival 2014.
The film will be screened as part of Thurquoise Thursdays - a weekly night of live music, experimental performance and collaboration.

The Fellow will be a key participant in a broad enquiry relating the history of thinking about visual imagery to contemporary understanding of its neural basis.
