London Transport Museum

All Aboard: New family play zone - opening 28 March

Our brand new family play zone, All Aboard, is opening on Saturday 28 March, just in time for the Easter holidays! Children will be able to play on a real bus, repair a mini Tube train, play in the ‘Lost Property’ office, ‘sail’ the Thames Nipper, and serve passengers in the Nipper café. They can also fly the Emirates Air Line cable car, make driver announcements and help customers at the mini information desk. Designed for babies and children up to 7 years, the Museum has for th first time designed an area specifically for infants at the ‘Baby DLR’, equipped with an interactive wall and building blocks. More information

30 March to 17 April
Easter holiday family fun activities are inspired by our exciting new play zone. During storytelling sessions children will meet animals that feature in All Aboard, and older children can join a fantastic animation workshop and create their very own short video. Children of all ages can also drive Tube train simulators, dress up in historical outfits and meet costumed actors.
