The Deal
Three sliders stuffed with beef, lamb and pulled pork or an avocado, mozzarella and parma ham salad are just two of the potential choices to kick start a three-course blowout at the Roxy. A rack of BBQ ribs with chips and coleslaw or pork belly with mash, braised savoy cabbage and apple compote with Calvados jus may follow as the main course. Three likely desserts include freshly made crêpes with dark chocolate, apple crumble or a chocolate brownie all served with custard or various ice cream flavours. Screenings will be the visual fourth-course with potential viewings of independent short films, international cinema plus sporting events such as the Champions League.
