Natural Histories: Museum teams up with BBC Radio 4 for new series
The Museum has teamed up with BBC Radio 4 for a new 25-part series called Natural Histories, beginning on 2 June. In each episode, a Museum scientist will tell the story of one extraordinary species from our collection and how they have changed the way we see the world - from the Thames whale to the mammoth, and from the great white shark to the humble flea.
See some of the specimens for yourself and meet our scientists in events that coincide with the series.
