Take to the skies at The Vista Bar to drink in the sights and sounds of Central London while enjoying a Spanish platter. The Dugustacion platter (usually £25) includes dry cured Serrano ham, sliced chorizo, Manchego cheese, quine jelly, mixed Spanish olives, roasted cherry tomatoes and flat bread. Alongside the platter, guests can sip on a frozen seasonal cocktail (£13 per person), personally created by the bar manager each month, with a new mix each time accounting for seasonality.

Overlooking Trafalgar Square and the London skyline, The Vista at The Trafalgar is an, open-air rooftop bar with a very special view. A wide range of delicious cocktails, champagnes, spirits, beers and ciders can be enjoyed alongside light bites, burgers and sharing platters. The four-star Trafalgar is a contemporary, boutique hotel nestled just off Trafalgar Square, and is the only unbranded Hilton Hotel in existence. The establishment features 129 minimal-styled rooms to accommodate guests, who can also enjoy a leisurely drink in the ambient Rockwell Bar. The hotel also plays host to weddings with five spaces to choose from, while meetings and events can take place within The Boardroom, which has been used for the filming of The Ipcress Files and the original James Bond film, Dr. No.
