Six-Course Fine Dining Tasting Menu for One or Two at Ozz Restaurant

Example Tasting Menu:
  • Monkfish, watermelon radish, golden and ruby beets, vanilla jerusalem artichoke, citrus saffron vodka dressing
  • Grilled asparagus, confit trio of heritage tomatoes, carrot mousse, port and aceto balsamic
  • Scottish halibut, linguine al nero di seppia, butter and caper sauce
  • Devonshire duck breast, pomme Dauphine, carrot d’anise, with cherry and brandy jus
  • Chocolate and basil soup, chocolate gingerbread, and chocolate bonbons
  • Selection of British cheeses, homemade oat biscuit, and fig and chilli salami
  • Coffee or tea with mignardises

The granular focus extends to their wine list which features vintages from the old world, new world and the even newer world (Armenia).
