What's On: Film at the Whitechapel Gallery

Film

From the Curator

As the days shorten, and the light recedes, so our programme shines brighter than ever with works that seek to illuminate the complex times in which we find ourselves.

It's a hugely diverse programme that ranges widely across form, content and expression. Consider Shona Illingworth's remarkable symposium Invisible Architectures, exploring personal and collective memory loss. Why not warm your mind before London's Burning, a history of the city in flames, or spend the weekend becoming acquainted with the six artists nominated for the annual Film London Jarman Award.

These events and more are just part of our year round programme. We look forward to seeing you here during the season.
