Follow Ebenezer Scrooge as his past, present and future conspire to teach him the real spirit of Christmas, in a dark and atmospheric telling of Dickens's timeless story, with the BBC Symphony Orchestra and BBC Singers, plus a superb line-up of actors led by Philip Jackson as Scrooge. Composer and playwright Neil Brand has created a new version in which actors present the story over a full orchestral score, conducted by Martin André.

BBC Singers at Six: Come along before the concert to hear the BBC Singers perform a selection of Christmas music at St Giles' Cripplegate.

The BBC Concert Orchestra is joined by Katie Melua, the Gori Women's Choir from Georgia, actors Lee Ingleby, Rosie CavalieroAllan Corduner and Desmond Barritt and West End stars John Owen-Jones (Les Misérables), Rosalie Craig (The Threepenny Opera), Shaun Escoffery (The Lion King) and Louise Dearman (Wicked).
