BBC Audience - The Missing Hancocks returns to BBC Radio 4 for a third triumphant series!

The Missing Hancocks
The whole cast is back to recreate five more episodes of Hancock's Half Hour that have been lost from the archives and not heard since the 1950s.

Originally commissioned to commemorate the 60th anniversary of Hancock's Half Hour, the success of The Missing Hancocks lead to a sell-out show at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and a TV recreation as part of the Lost Sitcoms season on BBC Four, and now it returns to Radio 4 for a third triumphant series.

Hand-picked by Ray Galton and Alan Simpson, these scripts are as good today as they were in the 1950s; as much as this will appeal to fans of classic radio comedy, no revision is required on the part of newcomers.

Kevin Eldon, Simon GreenallSusy KaneKevin McNally and Robin Sebastian all reprise their parts as Bill Kerr, Sid James, Andree Melly, Kenneth Williams and The Lad Himself. Plus the cast will be joined by a very special guest...

Venue: BBC Radio Theatre
Doors open: 7.15pm
Recordings start: 7.30pm
