Finger sandwiches containing decadent fillings of mature cheddar and pickle, honey roast ham and granary mustard, smoked Scottish salmon, lemon and cream cheese and organic egg mayonnaise and watercress will begin the afternoon’s proceedings. Guests will then move onto freshly baked plain and raisin scones served with Cornish clotted cream and a choice house preserves, as well as an assortment of traditional pastries and cakes. Diners can stay refreshed with a choice of teas supplied by Fortnum and Mason, while a touch of class can be opted for with a glass of Champagne for each person.
