DISOBEDIENT FILMS is delighted to announce that LONDON SYMPHONY will receive its official World Premiere in competition for the Michael Powell Award for Best British Film at the 71st Edinburgh International Film Festival, and to launch the film's trailer. The news was revealed earlier this morning when the festival unveiled the full line-up for its 2017 programme, and it follows the recent announcement that LONDON SYMPHONY will be receiving a boutique theatrical release in the UK on September 3rd 2017.
LONDON SYMPHONY will screen in Edinburgh as part of the festival's "Best of British" strand, and it will play at the following times/venues:

The selection of LONDON SYMPHONY marks director-editor Alex Barrett's third time at the festival, which previously nominated his debut feature LIFE JUST IS for the Michael Powell Award in 2012, and screened his short film HUNGERFORD: SYMPHONY OF A LONDON BRIDGE in 2009. Barrett will be attending the festival from 23rd-30th June, and will be happy to answer questions and be interviewed during his time at the festival.
