Museum of London - What's on in June?

New events this June
City Now City Future - a season of events offering new ways to think about London - invites you to join us inside the Museum of London and out on the city's streets this June at a salon, on a walk and in a DIY rebel gardening workshop.

Our free exhibition, Tunnel: The Archaeology of Crossrailcontinues at the Museum of London Docklands, accompanied by a series of walks and talks with fascinating guest speakers.

June also offers opportunities to get out and about  in the sunshine with our regular walks and boat tours, while free half term events for families continue until Sunday.

As part of the London Festival of Architecture 2017, the first of our monthly salons will consider memory in the city. Join us for an evening of readings and talks with writers, artists and architects sharing their personal stories of the capital.

Writer and curator Rosanna McLaughlin will lead a tour exploring South East London inspired by the 1970s counter-culture guide ‘Alternative London’. Artist Emily Pope will join this tour exploring marginalised and anti-establishment cultures in a rapidly gentrifying neighbourhood.
