Open House London - programme is now live!

The Open House London silver anniversary weekend is on the 16th-17th of September and for the first time in its 25-year history, every London borough is taking part with free entry to over 800 buildings, places, walks and tours.

Open House highlighted buildings...

 
1660s town-palace, remodelled in Palladian style by Colen Campbell and William Kent for Lord Burlington. The main building is at the northern end of the courtyard and houses the Royal Academy, while five learned societies occupy the two wings on the east and west sides of the courtyard and the piccadilly wing at the southern end.
 
One of Britain's most iconic buildings, designed by Royal Engineers. Now Grade I listed, it hosts over 370 main events every year including a full range of music, sport and films.
 
In celebration of our 25th anniversary, Skyline Chess have produced an exclusive run of 25 chess sets available for sale, with all proceeds going towards keeping Open House free each year. 
Each hand-cast in resin they feature a selection of buildings from this years event and features the Barbican Estate as the front row of Pawns, City Hall as the Rook, The Lloyds Building as the Knight, BT Tower as the Bishop and the Leadenhall Building and Shard as King and Queen.
Each numbered edition comes with its own presentation box and wooden playing board.
