Drawing Your Senses (for children 5 yrs +)
Saturday 6 October 2012
10.30am - 12.30pm & 2.00 - 4.00pm. Free event.
Learn how to make a sketchbook and then draw patterns inspired by touch, sound, sight and smells. Celebrating The Big Draw.
All children must be accompanied by an adult. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis 30 minutes prior to the workshop.

Create giant insects, plant seeds to grow at home, and listen to garden-inspired stories and a vegetable instrument orchestra!This event celebrates the Family Learning Festival.

Celebrate Good Times! Half-Terms Activities (all ages)
Tuesday 30 October - Friday 2 November 2012
10.30am - 12.30pm and 2.00 - 4.00pm. Free.
We're exploring home celebrations and national festivals this half term; from birthdays, Jubilees, the Big Draw and sporting events to Eid, Christmas and Diwali. Bake special treats, create party ware and make decorations to hang in your home.

Throughout October
Fun & free activities for all ages, available to borrow at weekends and holidays: quizzes, puzzles, trails, things to make and decorate and a box full of mystery objects to explore. Age range is 2-11 years.
Drop in anytime Saturday and Sunday: 12.30pm - 4.30pm
