The competition is fierce following a record number of 4,500+ spectacular entries from more than 80 countries spanning the globe. Be the first to see the mind-blowing images as we tweet the ceremony live on 15 September @ROGAstronomers, or visit the free exhibition from the 17 September.

Five Decades on the Final Frontier
