With the elves on hand to snap that perfect festive photo, kids can hop into Santa’s interactive sleigh, complete with bells, buttons, and lights galore. Visit on a weekend or during school holidays and meet some characters from London's transport history, or set off on a festive elf trail through the galleries.
All festive activities are included with Museum entry, and kids go free.

 | | Poster artist of the month | Walter Ernest Spradbery (1889-1969) was a prolific British artist known for his striking posters, particularly for London Transport, the LNER, and Southern Railways. His designs often captured idyllic landscapes and natural scenes, reflecting his love for flora and the changing seasons. This 1936 linocut poster uses a limited colour palette and thoughtful composition to create a charming Christmas scene, featuring a robin on a holly branch in front of a roundel.
