 | I'm a London girl and passionate Arsenal fan who has grown up in a foodie family and always wanted to be a chef. My first job after I graduated was for Angela Hartnett at Murano. After six months working for Angela at York and Albany, I travelled and worked in Tokyo, New Zealand, Melbourne and South East Asia. I’m now sous chef in the Whitechapel Gallery Dining Room and love working with the passionate team here. |
