The Deal
This menu offers six courses of delectable Japanese cuisine, showcasing all the flavours that the menu has to offer. Guests can sample Okinawa-style pork belly, a shiro miso soup, combination platters of sashimi and bites of 'art sushi', with a vegetarian option available for every course. Dinners can culminate with a slither of grade 6, slow cooked Wagyu steak for cultured diners to sink their teeth in to, before a platter of desserts for a sweet finale.

The Merchant
Blending the best of two unlikely cultures, Sushi des Artistes combines classic Japanese flavours with surroundings inspired by the quaint vibes of a French boutique. The menu is awash with sushi and sashimi, while dishes use locally sourced ingredients where possible and are prepared, fresh to order, on site. Chic and super-contemporary style stretches from the presentation of dishes to the striped decor, and all meals will be accompanied by an ambient sound-track too.
