The Roof Gardens in Kensington have long been one of London’s most spectacular and extraordinary landmarks and 9 May 2013 marked their 75th anniversary. The Spanish Garden created by Ralph Hancock in 1936 is the basis for this design, which takes inspiration from its Moorish pillars, iron gate and balconies. The Spanish Garden is an inspiring and bright garden that reflects the past and present styles of The Roof Gardens and showcases their accessibility for all.
