Weekly travel update to help you get around London this weekend, 3-4 September. Most of the network will be open with services running as normal, but please check if any of the following affect you. | |

There will be no service between Tower Hill and West Ham. This is to allow us to carry out Crossrail construction work at Whitechapel, track replacement work at Aldgate East and station improvement work at Stepney Green. |

Trains will not run between Liverpool Street and Barking while we carry out Crossrail construction work at Whitechapel, track replacement work at Aldgate East and station improvement work at Stepney Green. |

|

|
|
|
|
There will be no service between Willesden Junction and Shepherd’s Bush due to Network Rail infrastructure work.
Trains will not call at Whitechapel station, due to Crossrail work at Whitechapel.

On Sunday, there will be no service between the following stations: |
| • | Willesden Junction and Camden Road, via West Hampstead, for Network Rail infrastructure work |
| • | New Cross Gate and Crystal Palace/West Croydon until 13:30, for Network Rail track work |
|
Until February 2017, there are closures on the Gospel Oak to Barking line as follows: |
| • | Trains will not run between South Tottenham and Barking for the entire period |
| • | At weekends, there will be no service between Gospel Oak and Barking |

Bus users may be affected by the following this weekend. While we will try to maintain a good service, buses may be delayed or stop short of their normal destination:
Central London - From 22:00 on Friday until 05:00 on Monday, St Giles Circus will be closed. This is for resurfacing works.
Central London - From 11:00 until 16:00 on Saturday, roads in the area will be busier than usual, including Park Lane southbound, Hyde Park Corner, Piccadilly, Pall Mall, Cockspur Street, Trafalgar Square, and Whitehall. This is for a march.
Twickenham - From 11:00 until 22:30 on Saturday, roads in and around Twickenham are expected to be busier than usual, including A316 Chertsey Road, all roads leading to Twickenham Station and around Twickenham Stadium. This is for a sporting event. In addition, London Road, Whitton Road and Rugby Road will be closed before and after the event.
City of London and Central London - From 13:00 until 20:00 on Saturday and 18:00 until 22:00 on Sunday, various road closures will be in place. This is for an event. For full details, please visittfl.gov.uk/great-fire-350
Central London - From 21:00 on Sunday until 06:00 on Monday, there will be intermittent lane restrictions in both directions on Regent Street between Piccadilly Circus and Langham Place. This is for a crane operation.
Victoria - From 21:00 on Monday until April 2017, various westbound lane closures will be in place on Ecclestone Bridge between Bridge Place and Buckingham Palace Road. This is for Network Rail works.
