Our New Windows
Future Matters
Fortnum’s has been around for over 300 years and we’re always looking for new and inventive ways to conduct our business in a way that is sustainable for all of us over the next 300.

Our newly unveiled Duke Street windows in Piccadilly tell the stories of just a few of them. Say hello to our rather splendid Window Whale, brought to life with some of the 140 tonnes of single use-plastic we removed from our business last year (and every year, forever). You can hear her echolocating all around the West End.

Do You Take Plastic?
Not any more. All of our teabags are now plastic-free and completely compostable, while the tea itself acts as a great nitrogen-rich soil fertiliser after you've finished your cup.

We’ve been very proud to support The Felix Project since 2016. The London-based charity saves high-quality food that cannot be sold and delivers it to charities that cook hot meals and prepare food parcels for vulnerable Londoners.
