Design Museum

The London Design Festival is an annual event that celebrates and promotes the city’s creativity, drawing on the country’s greatest thinkers, practitioners, retailers and educators to deliver an unmissable celebration of design.

Renault celebrates their new concept car designed by Ross Lovegrove. Displayed for the first time in London at the Design Museum, the car has been seen as a breakthrough in the industry, pushing boundaries of parametric design and material technology. This free display will be on show in the Design Museum Tank on the riverfront.

Ross Lovegrove will also be showcasing his M.O.O.T Carbon Fibre Chair, developed in partnership with Established & Sons. This unique piece will be displayed in the Design Museum Atrium alongside documents revealing an insight into the design process and the technical development that went into realising the design.

DESIGNER NIGHT
Friday 13 September, 8pm
Arts organisation South Kioskpresents Vestige; an evening of interactive installations, talks and workshops exploring the ideas of practitioners who are defining a new future for neglected objects and media.
Vestige brings together a collective of artists and designers who work with mediums that are considered obsolete, from film-based cameras to forgotten radio and TV frequencies.
Tickets include entry to all current exhibitions between 6pm - 7.45pm
