Felicity Ward: Appisodes

Australian stand up Felicity Ward (Mock the Week, Live from the BBC) records her first BBC Radio 4 series.

In Appisodes, Felicity downloads a new app each week to help her destress, refocus and find practical solutions to her various trouble areas - anxiety, depression, IBS, insomnia.

After she installs the apps, Felicity interacts with them as they help, challenge and (usually) annoy her. They quickly take on a character of their own, illuminating the challenges and rewards of achieving better mental health.
