Could this be London’s most expensive garden? The tiny plot of land in Fulham - which could just about house two full-sized snooker tables - has sold for £120,000.
The 440 square foot garden on Fulham Road was set to go under the hammer at auction but was snapped up early by a local resident after more than 100 people inquired about it.
Measuring just 0.1 of an acre, the plot works out at around £273 per square foot, or £3,000 per square metre."
