Yes Clocks need to go forward 1 hour at 1.00Am on Sunday Morning. So begins the lighter nights to enjoy looking around London and the UK.
As a General rule its always the last Sunday in March that British Summer time begins and the Last Sunday in October for British Winter Time.
This is not to be confused with the timing of the Equinox as below.
