| There is so much to discover at IWM in 2025. | In 2025, IWM will commemorate 80 years since the end of the Second World War, marking key moments including the liberation of Bergen-Belsen, VE Day, the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, VJ Day and the Nuremberg Trials.
We will also mark 25 years since the lifting of the ban on LGBT personnel serving in the UK Armed Forces with panel discussions and live choir performances at IWM London and IWM North.
2025 will see a rich line-up of exhibitions including Chila Welcomes You at IWM North, and Unsilenced and Emergency Exits: The fight for independence in Malaya, Kenya and Cyprus at IWM London.
