Sweetings Restaurant first opened in 1889 and has carried out serving lunch ever since.  Sweetings prides itself on offering a wide variety of English sustainable fish, from wild fresh Scottish Salmon, usually the first fish of the season, to the native oysters from West Mersea on the Essex coast.

Daily fish is selected with care by Barfoot Ltd.

Opening hours are from 11.30am to 3.00pm,  Monday to Friday. No reservations taken.
