WARM WELCOME WEDNESDAYS

Our first Warm Welcome Wednesday begins next Wednesday, with musicians Gus McQuade and Eleanor Grant who will be rehearsing for their upcoming Wigmore Hall recital from 1pm - 3pm!

We are all aware of the cost of living crisis and the hardship that many are facing, especially through the winter. Nobody should be in a position where they are unable to keep warm and, during our opening hours, we always welcome people to use our spaces to sit and relax in. Along with other venues we are providing a dedicated warm welcome space here at Burgh House on Wednesdays. Come along to enjoy our rooms, and experience free live classical music from Royal Academy musicians rehearsing before their shows take place. Pop in on Wednesdays from 11am - 3pm, check our website for more information and spread the word.

New Year Mindful Art Retreat
Sunday 22 January 2023

Are you ready for the new year? Join us for a full-day retreat of relaxing Mindful Art to welcome the new year in a positive light.

This will be an opportunity to reflect on the past year, taking with you what is useful, letting go of things that don’t serve us anymore and setting the tone for the year ahead while looking into your hopes and dreams for 2023. This will be facilitated through a series of mindful art exercises to enable self-awareness and self-expression. Since this is not an art technique focused retreat all levels are welcome. Lunch is not provided however some light refreshments and snacks will be available throughout the day.
