New Retail Space Plans Revealed We were excited to see the plans for the new retail and leisure space – Loxton Walk – revealed last month. The new open-air retail courtyard, which is part of the redevelopment taking place at 25 Baker Street, will include 17 ground floor units for restaurants and retailers, with four new avenues connecting it to George Street, Blandford Street, Gloucester Place and Baker Street.
