Success for the National Army Museum!

NAM Secures £11.5m Grant
We are delighted to announce that the Museum has been successful in securing a grant of £11,500,000 from the Heritage Lottery Fund. The grant will help fund the Museum's ambitious 'Building for the Future' project which will include the renovation of the visitor experience at the Chelsea site.

Our popular Kids' Zone play area will be closed from 30 April 2014 along with the rest of the Chelsea building. In 2016 we will relaunch our Museum with a brand new state-of-the-art Kids' Zone offer.

Templer Study Centre Services Suspended

From 30 April 2014
Templer Study Centre services will be suspended from 30 April 2014. An interim service will commence from 1 September 2014 at the Museum's outpost in Stevenage and through a partnership with the London Metropolitan Archives.
