What: Voila! Europe 2020 is moving forward with the online portion of their annual London festival of European theatre, showcasing multicultural, multilingual and multidisciplinary performances. Several shows will be featured and vary from one-to-one performances, interactive experiences and non-verbal concerts, highlights include Diary of an Expat, Telephone, Theatre in the Pound and Alice in Wonderland Watch Party. What: See fine art and skate culture collide in a virtual 360⁰ exhibition by House of Vans London and The Auction Collective. The exhibition will be followed by a live fundraising auction for leading youth homelessness charity Centrepoint. The exhibition and auction will feature 19 customised skateboards which have been transformed into works of fine art by a mix of street artists, emerging artists and Royal Academicians. What: Artist Chila Kumari Singh Burman’s winter exhibition will transform Tate Britain’s iconic façade for easy and accessible outdoor viewing for the public. The new installation will be unveiled in time for Diwali, the Festival of Lights, and is the fourth in a series of outdoor commissions to mark the winter season. Burman’s work includes printmaking, painting, installation and film and often draws on her Punjabi heritage and radical feminist perspectives which she uses to explore South Asian identities within a British setting.
