Greenwich Market - Greenwich Market's lockdown opening times

Changes to the Market from tomorrow.

Greenwich Market will remain open 7 days a week and so will most of the surrounding cafes and bakeries.
After the government enforced restrictions' announcement to control the spread of Covid-19, we would like to update you what we are doing to ensure your safety whilst visiting the market.

The market will continue to operate with no changes to our regular stalls until today, Wednesday 4th November 2020, including crafts, arts, fashion antiques and street food.
As of Thursday 5th November Greenwich Market will revert back to a reduced market with 12 hot food traders and 10 cold food traders from Monday to Sunday, so you can still enjoy street food available for takeaway. This will remain in place until December 2nd or until further government announcements change the situation.

The Facilities and Market Management will continue to meet weekly to review the market layout and ensure that the market remains COVID-Secure.

Wednesday 4th November - is the last day this month when arts and crafts stalls are in the market. Make sure you pop by. Also, a great day to shop for Christmas gift ideas at our independent shops in and around the market. Support small businesses, shop now!
Who will stay open? Just to name a few - Ruby's London, Crosstown Doughnuts, Paul Rhodes bakery, Turnips, Honest Burger for click and collect and Monsoon Cafe.
Please note, Christmas Lights are going to be installed on Monday 9th and Tuesday 10th November, so there will be no market.
