If you would love to host your company's staff or client summer party in Portman Square Garden but don't have the budget or time to manage an exclusive event we have a special opportunity for you. We will be providing private party spaces during our Summer in the Square events in July and August for you to hire. Profits raised through all member parties will be invested into the events programme so if you would like to book your party with us you will also be supporting our public events for the community.
Dates & Availability
This year is the 10th anniversary of our Summer in the Square Wimbledon event, which will be held from 9th July to 14th July. And, as it's an Olympic year we will also be holding a second event, Games in the Garden, to celebrate the Paris Olympics from 6th to 11th August.
We have two spaces each day (on weekdays) for you to choose, one for up to 250 guests and another for up to 80 guests. Both spaces will be sectioned off private spaces within the grounds of our managed public events and include covered stretch tents. We currently have the following dates and spaces available:
Costs
By hosting your party during Summer in the Square you won't incur the full costs of venue hire, infrastructure and security which you would have to pay if you hired the garden exclusively. Your booking will include a dedicated host and you will have full access to the food stalls, bar and entertainment with options for pre-order food and drink packages for your guests. We're delighted to reveal our events drinks partner this year is Home House. We will charge you a low cost hire-fee of between £1,500 and £3,500 (dependent on party size and event day). The only other costs to you would be any food and drink packages you would like to select.
