FREE FAMILY FUN THIS SUNDAY Serpentine Family Day Serpentine Pavilion & Serpentine North Sunday 19 July, 11am-3pm FREE Join us for a day of making, mapping and imagining, celebrating the joy of seeing and creating in the open air. Inspired by the work of David Hockney, this Family Day invites children and adults to look closely, move freely and capture the world around them. FIND OUT MORE Through a mix of structured and open-ended play and arts and crafts activities, you and your little ones are invited to look again at the everyday, and turn what you notice into bold drawings, colourful collages, and even your own small-scale pavilions. Our creative tours explore the vibrant worlds of David Hockney and Cecily Brown through playful observation, guided conversation, and imaginative activities. Look closely and discover how each artist captures everyday life in distinctive and expressive ways. Selected tours will also be available in BSL. CAN’T JOIN THIS WEEKEND? Serpentine Family Day Serpentine Pavilion Sunday 23 August, 11am-3pm FREE Get involved with our August Family day! Drawing on the imaginative world of Cecily Brown, you will explore storytelling, fairytales and mark-making through hands-on workshops. We’ll also discover past Pavilions through archival materials, take part in creative activities inspired by their forms and histories, and contribute to new stories inspired by the Pavilion today.
