Where We Live: Print Workshop

Design your own colourful townscape in our print workshop. Explore the unlimited possibilities of positive and negative space through block printing with creative practitioner, Alice Bednarova.
Little Lantern Houses Workshop
Monday 29 May – Friday 2 June10.40, 12.30, 14.0 (80 minutes)
Join artist, Frances Barry, in crafting illuminated miniature paper houses. Explore a range of simple techniques to create a unique miniature paper house, which comes to life with its own light.

A Lifetime in Stories

Join us in celebrating the life and exceptional writing power of one of Britain’s best-loved story makers, Michael Morpurgo. Visit Joey, the original life-size West End horse puppet, and learn about Morpurgo’s themes of war, farming, and friendship as well as seeing inspiring original material for famed works like War Horse.

The experience of transition from primary to secondary education is given a unique voice, neither sentimental nor judgmental, in this display of intimate photographic portraits and testimonies of the children who are often Seen But Not Heard by Rachel Molina.
