·         St Pancras International’s retailers celebrate Veganuary with a host of new menu additions
·         Participating food & drink retailers include Sourced Market, St Pancras by Searcys, Le Pain Quotidien and Paul

As an estimated 250,000 of us will be chowing down on plant-based food for Veganuary St Pancras International’s food & drink retailers introduce a host of dine in and grab and go vegan options.
French pastry enthusiasts can get their hands on Pret A Manger’s much anticipated vegan croissant, The Very Berry (£1.70). The deliciously flaky and completely vegan friendly croissant is filled with a fruity berry compote and sprinkled with sugar, making it the breakfast dish of dreams.
Offering visitors the best of British food, SourcedMarket has added a dish that could fool anyone – Vegan Salmon and Vegan Cream Cheese Bagel (£5.50). IMA™ vegan salmon takes centre stage on a thick layer of Kinda Co vegan cream cheese made from baked carrots and creamy cashew nuts blended with zesty lemon and fresh dill, all served in the finest artisan bagel from Flour Station. If something more refreshing takes your fancy, opt for the Vegan Cream Cheese and Cucumber Bagel (£4.50).
If you’re looking for a hearty lunch this Veganuary, look no further than Paul, where you can find warming soups, including Vegan red rice minestrone or Vegan spiced butternut, lentil and tomato, both available to eat in or takeaway (£4.50/£3.60).
For those with more time, StPancras by Searcys, situated on the station’s Grand Terrace, is offering diners a luxury vegan dinner. To start, opt for the fresh Quinoa, avocado and pink grapefruit with a fruity pomegranate dressing, and for the main event, the Butternut squash spelt with wild mushroom will delight vegans and meat eaters alike!
For all day dining, Le Pain Quotidien has got it covered. From Cosy gluten-free vegan porridge (£5.45) and BBQ Jackfruit Toast with avocado, pickled red onion, cherry tomatoes, spring onion and soya yoghurt (£7.95), to a Vegan sharing plate (£9.95) and hearty hot dishes like the Chilli Sin Carne (£12.45), Le Pain Quotidien has something for everyone.
All vegan options will be available at St Pancras International throughout January and are subject to availability.
