Mapping the way |
This week, we're celebrating one of London's most iconic designs - the Tube map.
The 'diagrammatic' map, designed by Harry Beck in 1931, is internationally recognised as an excellent piece of design and has inspired cities around the world to mimic Beck's concept - as well as being used as inspiration behind art pieces - from LEGO to acrylic paint!
