50th Anniversary Weekend at the Doctor Who Experience!

The Doctor Who Experience welcomed fans to Cardiff, the home of Doctor Who, from around the world to celebrate Doctor Who's 50th anniversary.
Over the weekend visitors were treated to an extravaganza of TARDIS Studio tours, exclusive screenings, after-parties, Dalek encounters and much more!

The celebrations began on Thursday with BBC Radio Wales broadcasting live from the Doctor Who Experience.
On Friday the Doctor Who Experience hosted an intimate screening of the docudrama 'An Adventure in Space and Time', where visitors had the unique opportunity of having a photo taken on the featured TARDIS console set itself!

On Saturday, the official anniversary day of Doctor Who, the Experience came to life with live Dalek encounters and roaming monsters. After battling Daleks, visitors then had the opportunity to visit the current TARDIS Studio set before being transported to an exclusive Doctor Who Experience screening of 'The Day of the Doctor' at the Odeon, Red Dragon Centre!
For those who wanted to continue the celebrations, the Doctor Who Experience hosted an exclusive after-show party...
