FE TUTORS' TWILIGHT EVENT
with Creative & Cultural Skills (FREE) Monday 8 July 2013, 3-5pm
This free event officially launchesYour Studio, and provides an opportunity for conversations on best practice with Further Education design educators, delivered in partnership with Creative & Cultural Skills (CCSkills). Explore theexhibitions and discover how your students can use the Design Museum and its collections, exhibitions and resources to develop their research, idea generation, design and prototyping skills. Event includes entry to all current exhibitions.

FE STUDENT WORKSHOPS
Now available to Further Education centres every Friday during term time.
This summer term saw the launch of the 'Your Studio' programme, with a brand new design process workshop called ‘The Idea Generation.’ Facilitated by the museum educators, using the permanent collection display ‘Extraordinary Stories’ as a springboard, the workshop will enable learners to reflect on their process and consider how divergent thinking and a playful approach can enhance the level of innovation and commercial viability of their designs.
