The menu booms with retro classics, the main aim being to take British favourites and reinvent them. The idea is to create new dishes with a combination of “cheek and chic”.
Who is the head chef?
Chef Ed Shaerf leads the kitchen staff with his skill and passion for the art of cookery. His previous experience has included impressive stints at Gordon Ramsay’s Claridge’s, Heston Blumenthal’s Fat Duck, and at as sous-chef at The Ivy.
What’s the restaurant’s atmosphere like?
While the ambience is informal and encourages relaxation, the refined decor upholds a level of sophistication and class.
