Our new exhibition Beyond El Dorado is now open and it’s already had some fantastic reviews. Explore the truth behind some of the myths and see some spectacular gold objects too! Come to the Museum for an evening of Colombian music and dance with sets from Grupo folclórico Yurupari and Angelica Lopez & Papayera, plus free Colombian coffee tasting.
Yurupari bring Colombian folk dance to life and will finish their energetic set with a participatory Carnaval. Angelica Lopez & Papayera will bring the souped-up brass driven rhythms of Cumbia, Mapalé and Vallenato to get you moving in the Museum’s Great Court.
