This August, become a sustainable fashion designer and join us for a Family Festival with music and dance on the 27 August. Laugh out loud with some comedy capers in Pop-up Performance and make an outstanding piece of ceramics in a Make-it: Clay workshop. In September, enjoy London Design Festival activities and much more.

Become a sustainable fashion designer, make new pieces and learn about the circular economy. Work alongside ONEBYME designers on Fridays and Sundays.

Meet ONEBYME designers, visit The Imagination Station to embellish new fashion pieces and try on made designs, make mini plant pots using fabric off-cuts, plant basil and enjoy music and dance.

Family workshop for children with special educational needs and disabilities. Work with artist-duo Kaleidoworks to create your own ceramic object inspired by the structures and surfaces of the new Sackler Courtyard.

Grab a hat and join Clara Button and her brother Ollie on a magical journey around the Museum. This is a promenade performance with level access.

In September, create a revolutionary placard and march through the museum, take part in the London Design Festival inspired activities and mould a sensory object inspired by our ceramics collection.

Become designers and vote for change in Victorian England. Meet Mr Polito and some amazing ceramic animals on Level 6, or dance into the future as part of the London Design Festival.

Borrow an award-winning backpack to investigate the Museum through creative and fun multi-sensory activities. You can also pick up a free family trail to explore with images and discover unusual parts of the Museum.

The 20th century’s most iconic and influential Nordic designs for children, from BRIO to LEGO, Marimekko and the Moomins, have been brought together for the first time in this stunning exhibition.
