We're pleased to announce the remaining 2022 dates for our popular Tunnel Walks including a special Christmas Tunnel Walk. Tunnel Walks will take place at 15:00, 15:30, 18.00 and 18.30 on the following Tuesdays:- 4 and 25 October (25 October only departing at 18:00 and 18:30)
- 1, 15 and 22 November
- 6 and 13 December (Christmas Tunnel Tours)*
Walk through the unique network of tunnels under the city with expert guides who bring the history of Mail Rail to life with surprising stories about the staff who built, operated and maintained the underground railway over the course of 100 years.
*The Christmas Tunnel Walks follow the same route as a standard walk, but access a small section of the tunnels not usually on the walking route, to reveal a surprising festive scene. |
