Lose yourself in the magic of literature St. Pancras International is home to this year’s most iconic Christmas tree in partnership with the UK’s oldest bookshop, Hatchards. Inspired by the magical ability of both books and train travel to transport people to exciting new places, the tree features a winding staircase, wrapping around an impressive array of more than 3,800 books. Each has been hand-painted and inscribed with titles of Christmas Classics such as Charles Dickens’ “A Christmas Carol” and C.S. Lewis’ “The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe”.
