ABBA arrives at Madame Tussauds London

ABBA arrives at Madame Tussauds London: "conic pop band ABBA’s wax figures were revealed here at Madame Tussauds London, where they will take up a short term residency in our interactive Music Zone.

The new wax figures were captured in the unique style from their 1975 video for ‘SOS’. Group members Agnetha and Anni-Frid are wearing replicas of their striking yellow and blue feline themed mini-dresses teamed with pristine white knee-high leather boots. Benny and Björn wear outrageous white seventies outfits encrusted with diamantes and sequins, finished off with flares and platform boots.

The figures were revealed in front of a colourful disco inspired backdrop and are positioned near other music legends from Michael Jackson to Lady Gaga.

ABBA are such an iconic pop group who inspired both the music and fashion industries around the world. They make a wonderfully flamboyant addition to our interactive music zone here. Come on down and get posing alongside the group in all their 70s white satin glory!"
