MODERN BRITISH CHILDHOOD 1948-2012
Until 14 April 2013
A major new exhibition at the Museum exploring how childhood has transformed in Britain during the period between the London Olympic Games of 1948 and 2012.

The exhibition explores issues surrounding education, health, family, entertainment, fashion and play. Clothing, toys, books and childcare items will be shown alongside TV and film footage and photography.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MR PUNCH
Until 9 December 2012
A group of displays throughout the Museum in celebration of Mr Punch’s 350th birthday, including Punch Professors in England, a series of photographs by Tom Hunter, and That’s the way to do it, which illustrates the history of Punch and Judy through puppets, posters and prints.
