Spotlight on Angela Hartnett, Executive Chef

 | Angela Hartnett is one of Britain's best-loved chefs and the Dining Room's Executive Chef (in partnership with Smart Hospitality). Hartnett gained her first Michelin Star in 2004 and in 2007 she was awarded an MBE for her service to the hospitality industry. As Chef Patron and owner of acclaimed Mayfair restaurant Murano, plus making numerous TV appearances, Hartnett has a busy schedule. In addition to this she is also involved in the launch of a new restaurant in Shoreditch this Autumn; The Merhcants Tavern.
